These terms cover use of this website, operated by Blackout Electric AZ LLC, an Arizona licensed contractor (ROC 362987 · ROC 362988). Using the site means you accept them.

Estimates are not quotes

Figures produced through this site, including responses to the estimate form, photo based ballparks, and any cost ranges cited on service pages, are screening estimates and published reference figures, not final quotes. A photo cannot show everything a roof walk or a panel inspection shows. Work is performed only under a written quote or contract agreed between you and Blackout Electric.

Licensed scope

Blackout Electric holds two Arizona Registrar of Contractors licenses: ROC 362987 (R-11 Residential Electrical) and ROC 362988 (CR-61 Carpentry and Remodeling). Work offered through this site is performed within the scope of those licenses.

Detach and reset scheduling

A tear off date requested through the partner form is a request, not a confirmed booking, until we confirm it with you directly. Detach and reset work is sequenced around the roofing work, so when the roof schedule moves, the detach and reset dates move with it. Reinstallation happens after the roofer confirms the roof is ready.

Partner submissions

Roofing companies submitting a job through the partner form represent that they are authorized to act for the homeowner and have the homeowner’s permission to share the homeowner’s name and address with us, as described in the privacy policy.

Content and photos

Job and crew photos on this site are Blackout Electric work product. Photos you submit through our forms remain yours; you grant us a limited license to use them to evaluate, quote, and perform the job, as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site’s forms to send spam, malicious files, or content unrelated to requesting our services. We rate limit and block abusive traffic.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by Arizona law, Blackout Electric is not liable for damages arising from use of the website itself. Nothing in these terms limits obligations under our written contracts or under Arizona contractor law and ROC requirements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, with venue in Maricopa County.
