Blackout Electric wants every homeowner and every partner to be able to use this site, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification.

What this site does

The site is built to follow WCAG 2.1 AA guidance: semantic headings and landmarks, text alternatives on meaningful images, form fields with visible labels, keyboard operable menus and forms, visible focus states, text contrast at or above 4.5:1, and reduced motion respected via your system's prefers-reduced-motion setting. The estimate form and the roofer partner form, including photo upload, are operable without a mouse.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a checkbox we ticked once. We test the site as we change it, and a site this new will still have rough spots we have not found yet. When we find one, or when you point one out, we fix it.
