Arizona backyards earn their keep eight months a year, and the difference between a structure you use and one you look at is shade placed right and power run to it. We build pergolas, ramadas, and outdoor living structures under our remodeling license, and because the electricians are in-house, the fan, the lighting, the outlets, and the future misting or spa circuit go in as part of the build instead of as an afterthought bolted on later.
